Our Firm's History
Robert Lipton began his intellectual law practice in Media, Pennsylvania in the late 1970's. In the 1990's he partnered with Laurence Weinberger and Lawrence Husick to form Lipton, Weinberger & Husick. Although Treb Lipton retired in 2008, Adam Garson and Robert Yarbrough have continued the presence of the firm in Media. Adam Garson concentrates his practice in trademark, copyright, business and commercial law.
